分数怎么表示?

英语中的分数表达法

　1.分数的说法是分子在前、分母在后。分子以基数（one， two， three）表示，分母以序数（first， second， third）等表示。
　　1/7 = one-seventh， a seventh
　　1/3 = one-third， a third
　2.分子超过1时，分母必须加上-s。
　　3/5 = three-fifths
　　2/6 = two-sixths

　3.分数中的分母为2时，要用half表示，但不可以用second

　　1/2 = one-half， a half

　　4.分母为4时，除了用fourth外也可以用quarter

　　1/4 = one-fourth， one-quarter

　　3/4 = three-fourths， three-quarters

　　5.带有整数的分数，整数部分要用基数来说，并用and和分数连接。

　　8 1/2 = eight and a half， eight and one-half

　　6.如果碰到复杂的分数时，只要在分母和分子的中间加上over就可以了

1/2  one-second或者a half，
1/3  one-third，2/3  two-thirds
1/4  one-fourth或者a quarter，2/4  two-fourths
   3/4  three-fourths

英语分数怎么表示？

英语分数的表达方式有：
一、用“基数词＋序数词”表示。
二、用per cent等表示。
三、用part表示。
四、用“基数词＋介词＋基数词”表示等。
例如：
1/6：a/one sixth 1/5：one/a fifth。
2/3：two　thirds 4/9：four ninths。
3/5：three fifths 7/8：seven eighth。
说明：
1) 1/2通常读作a/one half，一般不读作a second。
2) 1/4可读作a/one fourth，也可读作a/one quarter。
3)在数学上，为了简洁起见，分子和分母均可用基数词，其间用介词over连接，对于比较复杂的分数通常采用此读法。
例如：
3/4读作three over four。
8/9读作eight over nine。

从以上例子可以看出：分子除用one外，也可用a；如果分子大于1，分母要用复数形式。但是，1／2不能说a（one）second，而要说a（one）half。例如：
3、The sum of one half，one third and number is 13.
某数的1／2，1／3和1／4的和是13。
1／4和3／4可以说a（one）fourth和three fourths，但常用a quarter和three quarters表示。应该注意的是，分数修饰名词时，若该名词是不可数名词只能用单数；若是可数名词，用单数或复数均可。但是，若它们在句子中作主语，则谓语动词是用单数还是复数取决于名词，即与分数所修饰的名词保持一致。例如：
4、Only one-fifth of air consists of oxygen.
只有五分之一的空气含氧。
5、About two thirds of the students attendthe meeting.
